COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS ( CAMC )

Triveni Electric offers CAMC for all our products like Lift Inverter, UPS and even 3rd party system. This comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract provides peace of mind to the customer as the service contract covers regular PMs (Preventive Maintenance) and unlimited breakdown calls during the contract period. The region of service for CAMC is currently Maharashtra including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmednagar, Nashik, and Kolhapur.

Any replacement of spares is free of cost during the contract period and excludes batteries.

Extracare CAMC is highly recommended for top notch critical applications such as Servers , Data Center, Operation Theater, Process Control Plants and Multiple Lift Back Ups.

Comprehensive AMC of Triveni Electric comes with highest priority and support for every service call to ensure fastest turnaround and quick recovery from downtime. It covers all the spares required during maintenance, except for the wound component. We also provide a standby unit at marginal cost to make up for the downtime.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS ( LABOUR - AMC)

Triveni Electric also can offer only Labor AMC. The Annual Maintenance Contract covers regular PMs (Preventive Maintenance) and unlimited breakdown calls during the contract period. Any replacement of spares will be charged extra.

This one is basic AMC providing only Service Engineer . All spares are chargeable. The region of service for CAMC is currently Maharashtra including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmednagar, Nashik, and Kolhapur.

To ensure quick and time-bound response, our efficient Service Network of factory-trained and experienced engineers get into the act at once. It is strongly supported by our back office and ERP modules for breakdown, call management and analysis.

Our ERP module records the data of each preventive and s ervice call visit to site. These records guide us while diagnosing the precise reason for actual as well as potential breakdown of the system.

Third Party AMC

Triveni Electric has qualified and trained engineers to maintain and trouble shoot the third party manufactured products on a PAN India basis. Currently we are offering third party service for the below capacity UPS & SCVS.

1 - 200 KVA UPS.

10 - 200 KVA both air-cooled & oil cooled Stabilizers.

It is ideally suitable for the organization that requires single vendor maintenance support for their UPS/ Stabilizers in multiple locations across multiple locations Pan India.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT SERVICES

The service life of a battery is limited and depends on many factors, including age, usage, environment and maintenance. IEEE standards recommend replacing a battery at the time its capacity drops below 80%. A typical UPS or Inverter battery may start to lose capacity or fail within 3-5 years. Proactively replacing batteries will help to keep the power backup system running up to specifications and minimize the risk of downtime to your business operations

Triveni Electric offers a complete range of battery replacement services to handle all your needs. Every year we replace several thousand batteries. Our factory-trained battery specialists are experts in all aspects of battery service and replacement.

Replacement and installation services cover both valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA), also known as sealed maintenance-free (SMF) batteries, and wet-cell (also called flooded) batteries.

Rental Services

Triveni Electric provides UPS on rent / Standby UPS / Rental Battery for short to long duration for all types of application including outdoor events, music concerts, workshops, etc. We undertake onsite installation, support during down-time, input output cabling for output distribution. This service is currently available only in the state of Maharashtra
